The Move is Over?

Hi folks,
It's been a long while since my last posting. It's Mrs. Beasley here. My owners have spent this entire year getting ready to move, selling their house, moving and disrupting my life more than I can say!

To top it off - they bought another dog! Can you imagine invading my world with a mutt? I didn't want a sister; I prefer bones!

Her name - Miss Daisy (you know my owners are crazy - they named us after TV/movie characters - I'm supposed be a doll from Family Affair and she's from Driving Miss Daisy). I would have preferred a Mr. French opposed to this long haired, wiggly thing that gets in my playpen, eats my food and spills my water all over the floor. Her head is so big she falls over all the time. Maybe a cat would have been better - cats hide and don't bother you but this thing........

So anyway, they sold MY house, MY yard and moved us somewhere that I don't recognize. I do have a nice yard though - have to share it with 'you know who'. My playpen is still front and center so I can catch any action and the food has an added puppy side dish that I can take or leave whenever. And people walk their dogs alot here, so I get to bark more. Guess I can handle the move.....just like to send Miss Daisy driving!

April Fool's Day!

I hope you survived April Fools' Day! I didn't even play any jokes on anyone. One friend did text me telling me never to text her again and then said April Fool - so I guess I was tagged once.

Don't be fooled when you buy a house. A home inspection can reveal things about your new home that you would never know without an inspection. Sometimes the inspector has only good news. So the reason for the inspection can be to learn more about your home and how to take care of it.

There are several inspection companies in Wichita. Some of them are listed below:

Tom Beard Inspections: TFB Building Inspections, L.C. 934 N Shefford St Wichita, KS 67212
E-mail: tfbbuild@cox.net Phone: 316-773-0200. Website: http://www.tfbbuild.com/

Advantage Home Inspections: Jack Koelling, Owner/Inspector, 4846 Homestead Ct, Bel Aire, KS 67220, 888-246-9473 Ph: 316-744-9990 Visit website: http://www.advantagewichita.com/

Maybee Property Inspections7301 E Huntington St., Wichita, KS 67206-3223 316-630-0003 (Office); e-mail: erik@maybeeinspections.com
Website: http://www.maybeeinspections.com/

After your contract is finalized, I will schedule the inspector of your choice for your home inspection. The inspection takes about 2 hours and you are welcome to attend, ask questions and of course pay for the inspection.

Have questions? Use the comment section of my blog. I will direct you to the person with the answer!

Have a super evening!

Now is a great time to buy!

Looking for a new home? Maybe you are ready for investment property? A second home?

Maybe you are a first time home buyer and you are anxious to receive a tax credit. There are lots of reasons to buy.

As we search for that perfect property, a positive attitude and a little patience and we will find the right one for you.

Call or email me. We'll make our time a priority to search for your needs!

January - Brrrrr!

What a cold day! Spring is coming!

Saturday, January 17, 2009

Hello from January

January is a strange month for a dog! I looks sun shiny outside but it's cold! I have been wearing my coat when I am forced to go outside! And the snow. It covers all my tracts, the cat next door's tracts, the squirrel's tracts! How am I supposed to check out the activity with such a covering?

Keep warm!
